MEDITATION

Meditation can be practiced in infinite ways, none better than the rest. Meditation can assist one in there journey to enlightenment, but does not ensure enlightenment. Enlightenment is a gift from the divine. It must be given by the divine.

One meditation I have found the most useful is: 1)Focus on any one emotion and fully experience it. 2)Focusing on the physical sensation of the emotion (since emotion is thought plus physical sensation) until there is no longer a "charge" or sensation attached to that emotion.

In my personal experience every moment can be meditation.The twenty-one day process in India with oneness blessing has made this possible.
