HURT & PAIN

To heal ones emotional hurt and pain proceed with the following:
Focus on the physical aspect of the pain or hurt. At this moment it is not essential to know who, what, where or when, but just that you are hurting. Ask [depending on your personal belief]the divine/universe/collective consciousness/God to fully experience the pain/hurt at that moment. Once this pain is fully experienced, it will not return, but rather slowing dissipate until it is GONE. If this pain is coming from a deep trauma or belief pattern please seek assistance from one of the facilitators at "Our Light House"
